KL PAC FOR A HISTORICAL LANDMARK

Assalamualaikum, and I miss KL PAC !

Teringat balik, throwback baling balik kenangan pergi Kuala Lumpur Performing Arts Centre 
View dekat situ mmg perghh lawa kalau nak tangkap gamba pre wedding ke or just tempat melepak.
Kami pun sebenarnya tak plan nak ke sana, tapi bila fikir balik, asyik ke mall, window shopping ke downtown, tasik, emm bosangg. So, kawan suggest pi sana sebab dia kata kat situ best nak melepak.
Ada tasik emm of course tasik penuh dengan baby kura kura, mak dan ayah kura kura sampai my friend eksaited terlebih "Arghh so cantik, cute that kura-kura. Look how they berenang sini ke sana"  
Emm so over my friend.

Haa ni laa kat kerusi ni Yusry and Lisa Surihani duduk masa intebiu dorang nak kawin ;) 

History tertubuhnya KL- PAC so over cute place :  

Mula- mula, Dato' Faridah Merican dengan husband dia Joe Hasham who privately own and build a theatre di Dataran Merdeka. Korang boleh baca full paragraph dia pasal KL PAC yg Lily dah provide link dekat atas. Dekat sini Lily just translate je. 

Okay back to the KL PAC history, and then tak boleh dijangka dekat dataran merdeka tu tiba tiba banjir. 

Maybe the teater named as The Actors Studio during that time, semua peralatan dia rosak ke apa then Dato and the husband decide buat kat tempat baru (based on my reading laa) sebab the whole complex was destroyed because of that flood. Only after that, KL PAC ditubuhkan. One of non- profit organization di bawah kerjasama Yayasan Budi Penyayang dan YTL Corporation pada May 2005. 

From my point of view laa, bagus jugak Dato Faridah mengestablishkan tempat macam KL PAC sebab kita boleh jadikan ia sebagai one of the anchor untuk memastikan seni budaya dan warisan di Malaysia tetap hidup. 

Lily, cepat ambik gamba aku !
